It is bordered by a pub, residential properties, and brick walls of varying heights. The semi-detached homes are designed with high ceilings and abundant natural light, placing the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor to create bright, open-plan social spaces, with bedrooms thoughtfully arranged on the ground floor for privacy and comfort.
